Join us for age appropriate Kids Yoga workshops that are designed to be fun, energetic and mindful














Venue: The Yoga Place. Level 1, 374 Darling St, Balmain, 2041


The workshops will:

• Introduce Yoga to the child
• Introduce concentration skills and mindfulness
• Work with body movement and energy
• Introduce ways of improving self esteem and confidence at physical, emotional and mental levels
• Introduce relaxation techniques
• Improve visual and imaginative creations
• Create an energetic and pleasant learning environment
• No previous experience is required

About Sarah Moore
Sarah has been teaching kids yoga for 4 years and has 18 years experience working with children. She has an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching and is a qualified Montessori teacher and Nursery Nurse.

In addition to teaching kids yoga she teaches prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga and normal yoga classes. She is a mother of two.
