The Post Natal Mums and Bubs class is changing to Mondays. It will be a one hour class 11.00 - 12.00

Post Natal Classes Restarting 11th Feb 2010

Sarah is restarting post natal yoga classes on 11 Feb.
Classes will run twice a week
Thursdays 10.00 am - 11.15 am
Saturday 11.30 am -12.45 pm
Students can start at any time after their 6 week check up.
Payment will be in 6 week blocks- $100 pre block for one class a week and $185 for 2 classes a week.
