PRENATAL YOGA
Our speciality is private and personalised prenatal yoga.
We also run Prenatal yoga classes on Monday Morning 7.30-8.30 am, Wednesday evenings 6.00 p.m - 7.15 p.m. and Saturday mornings 10.00 a.m. - 11.15 a.m. - Classes are at 2/549 Darling Street, Balmain, Sydney (see google map below) …….. more ..

Whether you have done yoga before or are new to it our post-natal yoga classes will provide you with the tools to maintain your mental, emotional, relational and physical health in your role as a mother
