Who
We run classes for kids from 6-9 years old
Other ages: We will introduce classes for other age groups as the demand arises. Send us an email with your child's age to register your interest and we will keep you posted on developments.
When
Classes run during the school term, usually in 10 week blocks. Bookings are essential.
Classes are on Tuesdays 3:45 p.m. till 4:45 p.m.
Next term starts Tuesday 6th Feb2006 and finishes Tuesday 27 March 2007 (8 weeks)
Where
The Classes are held at the Yoga Place which is on the first floor, 374 Darling Street, Balmain, 2041, Sydney. The building is on the corner of Darling and Jaques Streets. The entrance to the studio is on Jaques Street.

A $50 deposit is required to secure a place on booking. The balance is payable at the first class.

Dress and Equipment
Yoga is practiced barefoot on a sticky yoga mat. Your kids should wear clothing that is easy to move in and conducive to exercise. You may want to supply your child with a snack and drink for after the class.
New students will need to purchase a sticky yoga mat. These are available at the studio for $25.
Your Teacher
Sarah Moore is a mother of two young children and has worked with children for 15 years. In addition to teaching Kids yoga, she also teaches prenatal yoga, mums and babies yoga and works as a Montessori teacher.
